Starting and finishing at Chesham Underground station, this walk is fairly easy to follow.  As the 'Hills & Vales' title suggests, the walk involves a fair number of ups and downs but these are gentle Chiltern hills, so so should be manageable for most people.

If you want to break the walk, there is the option of stopping at the Bell pub in Chartridge for some refreshment (there aren't may other facilities available on the walk).
